The color is meant to imply a scatological frame of mind

I somehow doubt that's right? - Ozzykhan 03:42, 9 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Actually he said seomthing like: "I got a brown ribbon. You know what it means? Eat sh*t motherf***er." I think it's from his Back in Town routine. 195.250.200.242 18:36, 5 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It is from his Back in Town routine, i just confirmed it on youtube. Back in Town (1996) 195.84.30.88 (talk) 12:08, 28 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Removal of Sentence

[edit]

I think the lot about PJ O'Rourke at the bottom should be removed. It doesn't contribute to the article, it isn't cited, it isn't in "quotes" so people know that it isn't true, etc etc. That's just bad wiki. Feel free to revert. 165.134.194.139 (talk) 22:10, 5 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Actually he did write something to that effect in his book All the Trouble in the World. I have re-installed the correct quote and reference. The Dogfather (talk) 18:06, 9 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Filipino reference

[edit]

Can someone clarify this a bit? I'm not sure what "overt Filipinos with pride" is supposed to represent, context please? -- RoninBK T C 23:21, 5 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Removed comment and link. It's been nearly six months. Citation doesn't have a URL, page number, or edition so it's out of here. If someone can make sense of it and put it back, in English and with a citation, that'd be cool.
