Merge suggestion with wikipaddle.org

Merging and adapting with my article on Wikipaddle. It'll need trimming and adaptation to be more formal and encyclopaedic, plus I still need to add work to both versions.

Split Proposal

This article is titled Buoyancy aid yet goes on about lifejackets which are an entirely different form of PFD. I propose that the article be split, with the lifejacket sections being moved into a new page titled Lifejacket. Thi swill probably involve adding/removing text from the PFD page as well.
