[edit]Alot of changes were made to this article at this point. Some were helpful, however the article has lost the formal tone expected in an article of this nature, and is now out of line with most place-name articles of Greater Manchester. It may be an idea to look at the comparision I've provided a link to, and edit the article so it's a happy medium of the two versions.
Also, is Castleton a village? I always thought of it as a town. Thoughts? Jhamez84 21:29, 20 October 2006 (UTC)
- It seems nobody has responded to the above in over 8 months. I've made some further changes to the article. I find the picture of the "Tourist signpost" quite awful, and very unencyclopdedic. I suggest a rethink here. The contents of that sign should be within the prose of the article, whilst a newer image is found to replace that one. Jhamez84 13:38, 21 June 2007 (UTC)
