I want to create a factual statement regarding the existence of a major player in the e-mail marketing space and the fact that they were acquired in 2004. Admittedly this page is sparse but I want to build it out with an interesting company history, etc. as I get the time. There are many companies with such profiles on Wikipedia - including Experian, DoubleClick, Microsoft, etc.

I can understand that, but that isn't a valid arguement for inclusion. A good workaround might be to include it in the Owner companies article until such time you have enough information to split it and create it's own article. The Kinslayer 16:46, 8 February 2007 (UTC)
