Proposed merge with The Rights of the Child in Iran[edit]

Children's rights in Iran is a good, up-to-date article on the subject, and should be merged to the older, possibly mistitled The Rights of the Child in Iran. I'm keeping an open mind on the right title for the article, but several are named "Children's rights in...", and "The Rights of the Child in Iran" may need to be in lowercase per WP:NCCAPS.
