Regions notorious for hacking

[edit]

Is it NPOV to include a list of ChinaNet service areas that are notorious for hacking considering that there are hackers and spammers all around the world on various internet networks? GO-PCHS-NJROTC (talk) 00:39, 6 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not sure, but my Gmail account got hacked a few days ago, and I got the IP address. It's 58.49.28.10 and I am that mad that I want to hunt this guy/girl down. toxicrystal =D 00:01, 9 May 2011 (UTC)

Is this really notable enough to have its own article? I agree that it deserves a mention on its parent company's article, but I don't think this needs its own article. ChinaNet with its own article is like Embarq ADSL would be with its own article. PCHS-NJROTC (Messages) 04:10, 14 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
