"cluster manager" -- This is being used as jargon here in this context. A "cluster manager" is "someone or something who/which manages a cluster". If you are going to restrict your page entry to only one technical field, then perhaps this could be done better, so that the poor soul who stumbles in here knows that he or she is no longer in a "wikipedia" but rather a "computer server technology"-wikipedia.

At the very least, your opening sentence should tell us how you are defining "cluster", so that those of us who are thinking of "business clusters" (for example) can look elsewhere.
