Start[edit]

I modified a bit paragraphs and added book reviews. This article doesn't need much more information. It would be enough to add the recent book cover (for revision 2).Gpeja (talk) 02:26, 29 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Name?[edit]

Where does the name come from? It seems to be used as jargon in Microsoft (https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/oldnewthing/20080826-00/?p=21093). Which came first? --72.226.86.106 (talk) 08:18, 14 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I have always supposed the phrase refers to the stage of development (on a ticket or feature) where no further coding is required: perhaps there remains some documentation or marketing work. MrDemeanour (talk) 17:27, 21 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Code-and-fix link in 1st paragraph[edit]

Seems to be broken, doesn't have a code-and-fix heading in the linked page anymore. 68.201.64.213 (talk) 17:38, 15 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
