I'm surprised there's no talk page, given the tags on this page. Was the talk page deleted?

Anyway, I made the intro more accessible (and much shorter) and am wondering if I can now delete the "clean up lead" tag. I also took out some arguably non-neutral langugae and wonde rif the NPOV tag can be taken off.Hickoryhillster 03:53, 12 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Removal of Disputed Neutrality tag[edit]

The Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), one of the longest-running programs of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, funds local community development activities with the stated goal of providing affordable housing, anti-poverty programs, and infrastructure development.
