Merge to Sub-sampling
[edit]Seems to me that, aside from a description of the technique and maybe a brief historical note, there's not a whole lot more to be said... i.e., it'll likely stay a stub. Any reason not to merge it into an article about other related techniques? - Jaeger5432 | Talk 07:29, 9 October 2008 (UTC)
