Yes, I agree. However, this article was started in 2007, but before it got a chance to properly evolve it was re-directed to another page and was lost until I "rescued" it recently (I was looking for info on the subject). I believe the person who started the article may have left Wikipedia in frustration, and I would like to see him/her come back and take part in the re-building if at all possible.
