[edit]I had to go to the IRS website to find out what this article is talking about. Apparently cost allocation studies are becoming an ever more popular tax-reduction tool in the United States. Fair enough. But that doesn't mean this article should assume a LOT of reader knowledge, then go smack into a sales pitch. I think there's some good information here, but it's definitely not presented in a neutral way. And if you look at the history of the article, it's been a battle of firms that perform cost segregation studies, with one professional organization thrown in to help market this group. I've rated it start-class for the Tax Project and put an Advertisement warning on the article. --SueHay 23:04, 13 March 2007 (UTC)
