Is this website a good one to add for the reviews?

I'm not sure if the title makes sense, so if it doesn't, I apologize, but I didn't know how to phrase it. Anyway, what I mean is this: there is a Polish news site called Onet.pl. It's got a music category, which has news about all sorts of pop culture-related topics. One of the most recent ones is a review of Courage. The review is a less favourable one, with the title (Google Translate-ed) being: "Celine Dion "Courage": banal techno-Dion disco". I was wondering if this is a reliable enough site to add to the "Critical reception" section of this article.
