Article expansion

[edit]

I look forward to seeing info about the postcode, church and cemetery, distillery, station, battle and bridge. Laurel Bush 10:05, 21 July 2006 (UTC).[reply]

"Christmas" has arrived. :-) Also four bridges for the price of
one. P.S. I misdescribed the older parish info as "missing" as I
thought I had already entered it, but upon checking I see it
wasn't there to begin with.--MBRZ48 21:38, 20 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Boundaries and boundary changes

[edit]

I read Cromdale is one of the ancient parishes which formed the combined ecclesiastical (later civil) parish of "Cromdale, Inverallan and Advie" in Morayshire in Scotland. Does this mean a parish of Cromdale was merged with two other parishes to form one larger parish? At present I am not really understanding the boundary changes described in the article. I do remember seeing something quite informative about Cromdale in Boundaries of Counties and Parishes in Scotland, Hay Shennan, 1892, but the copy I held has gone back to the National Library for Scotland.
