I have a correction for reference [5] in the text - the present link is dead and has been for a long time. It is a while since I wrote anything on Wi9kipedia and I am 'parking' the information here in case somebody more expert can do the job.
The reference is ..... Ryan, Keith P. (1992). "Cryofixation of tissues for electron microscopy: a review of plunge cooling methods". Scan. Microsc. 6 (3): 715–743.
