According to the article ""Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2013"" Cyprus return to competition in 2013. I have not found the reliable source. Is it likely that Cyprus returns, or have some users possibly scribbled? --83.226.69.150 (talk) 17:00, 26 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
