[edit]I have stumbled across this article. I did not find it of particularly high quality. I am preparing a major edit, essentially a new article on the topic. If anyone has any comments please let me know

- I suggest redirecting from "boat howitzer" to this article. There was already a lot of overlap and I incorporated some of the major points from the "boat howitzer" article. What is the source on the Bull Run statement?
