Reoccuring?[edit]

Does it seem strange to call him a "reoccuring" villain if he's only appeared in two episodes? I mean, Sarah Silverman has appeared in two episodes as her character but I don't see a page for her as a "reoccuring" annoyance. --Fez2005 (talk) 02:49, 18 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
