How does DTG represent the odd time zones with non-integer offsets from UTC? Reference : https://www.worldtimeserver.com/learn/unusual-time-zones/ — Preceding unsigned comment added by 96.227.220.148 (talk) 20:42, 10 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

If I recall correctly:

  • the month and year may be omitted in some cases;
  • "L" for the time zone means "local time" (e.g. 111939L is 111839Z at 2009-07-11T19:39+0100).

No, L is it's own timezone: UTC+11 (e.g. parts of Australia and Russia) --Mirrakor (talk) 21:25, 2 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
