Re-write

I re-wrote the whole thing 'cause it sounded like an advert to me (WP:ADS) and was repetitive. Unclear to me is how the site is really edited-- I have the impression it is by panel (not exclusively JHU staff --as was stated). DermAtlas looks like a good site... too bad it isn't GFDL.
