Have rewritten the original artical blending the original text in with the added material.

The current article on HMS Thunderer brought to light a new reference which I have found and begun to peruse and have gleamed several facts that were unknown to my self. will spend the next few days examining the new info for inclusion in current submission.

Have located a De Brassy book from 1887 and there is a pecular item on Thunderer's 38 ton guns. The book states the 38 ton guns were of 12 inch calibre rather than the 12.5 inch calibre. It is the first time I have found this discrepancy. Rgdem999 (talk) 16:18, 2 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
