Merger proposal

Dial peer and Extension (telephone) are on the same topic: an addressable call endpoint such as a telephone or a fax. They only differ in minor aspects. Extension more often (but not always) refer to telephones that are connected to an internal telephone system and dial peer includes as well telephones connected to a public network. However nowadays there is no clear technological distinction between a private and public telephone network (especially at VoIP). So I propose to merge both articles.
