Top 100 NGOs

The claim that Diplo has been rated one of the world's "Top 100 NGOs" seems a little deceptive. It was reported in two online-only newspapers based on rankings released by "Global Journal" which appears to be a low-traffic website started in 2010 and that, as of 2014, hasn't been updated in 3 months.
