How about a map?
[edit]It needs a map. See Yankee station Lou Sander (talk) 16:11, 9 February 2014 (UTC)
Later use
[edit]Now, I've certainly been wrong before, but I was under the impression that Dixie Station remained in use, at least unofficially as a name, long after 1966 as carriers would allow their Air Groups to work up in a lower risk environment before heading north to Yankee Station. As an example, Naval Air was quite active during the so-called Siege of Khe Sanh. Easter Invasion, too.--172.162.19.85 (talk) 09:58, 22 February 2014 (UTC)
