Re Dunedin and Suburbs South, Wilson (1985) says it only had these two MPs:

  • J Paterson 1862-66 = 20.6.1863 to 27.1.1866. Then City of Dunedin from 9.3.1866. Was previously City of Dunedin from 15.11.1862 to 2.5.1863 (Resigned).
  • W H Reynolds 1863-66 = 6.4.1863 to 27.1.1866 (Resigned) Then City of Dunedin from 9.3.1866. Was new MP in 1863.

NB: Paterson is not shown as Resigning from Dunedin and Suburbs South and Reynolds is. But their service for Dunedin and Suburbs South stopped on the same day, and their service for City of Dunedin started on the same day. Both were Ministers at some time, but perhaps only Reynolds was a minister on 27.1.1866 (I do not have a full copy of Wilson with dates of ministerial service).
