Needs some balance

I hadn't heard the term 'dynamic scoring' for several years, but it came up again in the discussion of Paul Ryan's new economic blueprint so I came here to see what had been written. As I see it, the article was written from a rather uncritically conservative viewpoint; for example, all the links went to conservative sources such as Newt Gingrich and the Heritage foundation. I'm not an economist, but I thought I'd try to offer a little of the opposing view -- it turned out to be much more confusing than I thought.
