- Alas, more than a mere self-assertion of existence is needed for a stand-alone article to exist. Many "standards" come and go without many outside of their committees noticing. Parent article is a fine place to mention it until it meets notability levels. W Nowicki (talk) 20:18, 23 September 2016 (UTC)
