Talk:Early theories in child psychology

This page could greatly benefit from broader insight into early child psychology. As it is now it only briefly goes over three figures which already have their fully fledged articles. I suggest we work on implementing a history segment where we can go into broader detail on how child psychology first came to be, child psychology before the term was coined, etc. We could have separate sections on early methods of therapy/intervention, as well as another segment denoting public opinion on child psychology and how these new frontiers at the time were received. This page should not be so focused on the people who developed these theories (though they of course should not be excluded) but instead the broad historical strokes of early child psychology and the social history around it beyond those positing the theories.
