James Brian Ellington — notable?[edit]

I added and then removed James Brian Ellington (lacking an article), although he's in the list of famous con artists, but lacks and article and has had issues with notability, see James Brian Ellington (The Lost Wallet Con Artist). Per the manual of style for disambiguation pages, Links to non-existent articles ("redlinks") may be included only when an editor is confident that an encyclopedia article could be written on the subject. In this case, since the article has already been deleted for non-notability, I would have to say that it probably shouldn't be included in this listing.
