Most of the songs referred to as singles on this article and their individual articles don't align with WP:SINGLESCRIT. "Skinny Dipping", "Fast Times", and "Vicious" were released as digital singles, but there's no evidence that any of them impacted radio or had physical single releases; they should be classified as promotional singles. "Because I Liked a Boy" had a music video, but it's technically just an album track. "Nonsense" is the only song from this album that seems to qualify as an official single since it impacted US pop radio. Thoughts?

Billboard calling songs "singles" does NOT determine whether they are official or promotional singles; the term "single" can refer to either. For instance, Billboard called "The Light Is Coming" the "second single" from Sweetener[4], but Wikipedia classifies it as a promo single because it did not receive a radio release.
