Why this target?

The target of this redirect has been questioned previously. At present, the target stands because the academic journal Environment Pollution & Climate Change is published by OMICS Publishing Group. Regardless of anyone's feelings about the publisher, if Wikipedia does not have an article for the journal specifically, it makes sense for the journal title to redirect to the publisher.
