Advertisement?[edit]

For me this entry reads like an advertisement. Could somebody rephrase this in a more neutral way? (I'm not a native speaker, so I prefer not to do it myself.)

Could-you give an example of sentence you would like to see modified? EMBO being the most influential scientific society for European life science, and one of the most influential worldwide, it is difficult to choose a "neutral" point of view.
