- Yes, this issue is already 2 years old, but... Obviously, 90% of such buildings are resistant to earthquakes. Specifically, this (and Moscow City in general) can withstand a 7-point earthquake. By the way, the strongest po in Russia in 1970 reached only 6 5.142.42.153 (talk) 19:10, 12 July 2024 (UTC)
