Kelmis and Eupen are not speaking Limburgish at all.

Kelmis has a dialect that can be described as bad mixing of german and french (often, people from Kelmis do neither speak proper/clean/correct french or german, but their local dialect). The dialect of next doors Vaals (NL) is even more strange, as it has some resemblance to the dialect of Kelmis.

Eupen has (due to the geography and/or due to less german (foreign) population) a slightly bigger amount of french speaking people than eynatten or raeren in general. german is still the first official language.
