Contested deletion[edit]

This page should not be speedily deleted because notability is not a criterion for speedy deletion. Also, even if it were, http://scholar.google.com/scholar?hl=en&q=FORPLAN&btnG=&as_sdt=1%2C47&as_sdtp= ValorMauls (talk) 02:35, 5 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

  • A lack of notability is a criterion for speedy deletion. Yes, FORPLAN has scholar references and so do many not notable software systems. FORPLAN Google search shows it is listed in guides from government and related entities, but that does not make it notable on its own. Perhaps the admins who review this will disagree with me, but, to me, this appears to be one of many non-notable government type systems and Wikipedia clearly cannot have an article for each one. Please see Wikipedia:Notability_(software) --Jersey92 (talk) 03:22, 5 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

a7 is importance, not notability. ValorMauls (talk) 03:55, 5 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
