      • This article is very informative and complete. I have seen some people who think Farsi and Persian are two differen languages. This article is very useful for them.
      • This piece is very important for thoes who are interested in Persian language. It's great that Wikipedia keep it online.

The article doesn't seem a candidate for speedy deletion to me... is there any particular reason ? --Raistlin 14:02, 12 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

  • This page showed up yesterday, around midday, iirc. I put it on my watch list at that time. It reappeared today, around when I got to work, as a new article (created by 81.12.0.234). All I can infer is that it was speedily deleted, for some reason, last night, and re-created by the anonymous IP author. As corroboration, I had left a comment on this very talk page, wherein I suggested that the article could be merged to Farsi or Persian. That comment is no longer in the talk page history. Again, all I can infer from this is that the talk page was deleted entirely, then re-created by Pejman. jglc | t | c 14:52, 12 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

      • I really enjoyed reading it and learned alot . The preceding unsigned comment was added by 85.198.0.71 (talk • contribs) 15:55, 12 August 2005.
  • From the deletion log [1] it's being deleted as recreation, but I can't tell how the original got deleted. Kappa 16:29, 12 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia:Votes for deletion/Persian or Farsi?. mikka (t) 21:02, 12 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

  • Yes. This has been speedy deleted at least three times today, of which I personally know, as its re-establishment by various anonymous IP's has been in direct violation of Wikipedia policy. I suggest that whichever admin next deletes the page block any further edits. jglc | t | c 08:17, 13 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]
