Current Flag

Has the current flag been formally adopted as the Flag of Greater London (or the Greater London Authority)? While it was a flag shown outside City Hall, the current citations only state that it was a replacement for the EU flag - not that a motion has been adopted by the Mayor or GLA formally adopting this as a flag, rather than a political stunt.
