Short sales exempt?
[edit]The article states, "Form 13F only reports long positions. Short positions are not required to be disclosed and are not reported." However, the text of 13f-2 [see p. 129 of document with Security Exchange Act] reads:
- "The [SEC] shall prescribe rules providing for the public disclosure of the name of the issuer and title, class, CUSIP number, aggregate amount of the number of short sales..."
