Does this really need a wiki page?[edit]

First lowercase Album[edit]

This article makes the claim that Forms of Paper is considered the first lowercase album.

It is considered to be the first lowercase album, an ambient music movement where extremely quiet sounds are amplified using a computer.^[1]

I've already added that Steve Roden disputes the claim Forms of Paper is the first lowercase album with citation. The quote from Roden I use is^[2]:

[The Wired article] was the first of many articles claiming that forms of paper was the first piece of “lowercase music” — something that Wikipedia continues to incorrectly state to this day.

However I also noticed that the citation given does not actually support the claim that it is the first of such albums. The only mention of Forms of Paper in the Wired article is^[3]:

Roden is responsible for an album of paper being handled in various ways. Called "Forms of Paper," the recording was originally commissioned by -– no kidding -– a public library in Hollywood and it has turned into one of the most prominent recordings of the genre.

It seems the citation is intended more to support the second half of the sentence, the description of what lowercase music is. This leaves us with a claim which is WP:WEASEL, has no supporting citations, and a counter citation. I thus going to remove the claim and replace it with the claim made in the wired article.

It is a prominent album in the lowercase genre of music.^[4]

I'm also removing the description of lowercase music since a satisfactory description exists in the lowercase music article.
