Can some one from your company help me. I have been trying to deal with DHL since 9/18 to get a package rerouted to a new address. It is my computer being returned after repairs from Dell. I have been told by some DHL reps no problem to reroute then others intervine and say no they can't do it. My package has been sitting in Medford, OR since 9/18/08. The only information on the tracking is that it departed there 9/25/08 and they had given it a new tracking number. A#8947214953. I am getting no assistance from your company. I have been trying to work with them for a week. My computer was delayed at the Dell repair facility in Houston, TX due to hurricane Ike. I had to leave the original address on Sept. 17th and was told no problem to reroute it to the new location I would be at for 2 weeks. We are due to leave here on Oct. 4th and still no package. I have asked repeatedly to have a manager call me. They just send another email back saying "sorry for your inconvience. we will reseach the matter and get back to you". This is not acceptable performance for a company like you. Please contact me so I can receive my package by 10/3 at the latest. My cell is 951-326-0844 call anytime.
