Gauda is a distinct brach of brahmins which needs a separate article. It is one of the five branches of Panch-Gauda. A merger of Gauda or Panch-Gauda with Brahmin communities is not advisable, because all the branches cannot be described in a single article Brahmin communities. -Vinay_Jha 17:30, 27 August 2007 (UTC)
Changes made
