Ball & Shpeley vs. Ball.

I removing the verification needed tags. It's not unusual for a taxonomic paper with multiple authors to have some taxa specifically credited to only one of the authors. Presumably Ball recognized it as a new genus and species independently, and then worked with a colleague to confirm that it represented a new subfamily.
