Unfortunate article with few active sources

Upon hours of pouring through this article here and in other locations on the Internet, I find that little of the historical information can be verified through proper sources. I have searched all the sources that have been cited and find few of them active. Apparently, there is little published information about the existence of this company before it was purchased by Comcast and became affiliated with the Golf Channel. There is a notation on this article that it was mostly edited by someone with a vested interested in the subject, which creates a conflict of interest that is not allowed in Wikipedia. I have no interest in this subject except as a professional editor who donates my time to helping bring Wikipedia articles into proper encyclopedia style. If editors can find appropriate information with proper sources, I encourage them to make the significant changes that this article needs to meet Wikipedia standards.
