Origin
[edit]As far as I know, it was Blainville who created the taxon Gravigrada as a suborder, within order Quaternates in 1837. It included, amongs others, Sirenia. I'm afraid this is not enough. Could anybody improve this? Vasconicus (talk) 07:02, 29 August 2008 (UTC)
