Expansion of Revolutionary Period History

From both this page and the French Revolution home article, there is an absence of discussion on the Great Seal during the Revolutionary period. Seeing that discussion on the French Revolution home article is too lengthy, I think that the discussion of the Seal would be better placed here. I plan to add information regarding the important symbolism of the Seal and information surrounding the debates about the Seal.
