I have removed the link to the resident's forum because the corporate legal owner of the site requires advance permission before allowing hyper-linking to their site. There is no indication that this has been requested or received, either on this talk page or on talk page of original linker. See revision Revision 19:54 22 February 2008 by user talk:Frenziedsloth, Special:Contributions/Frenziedsloth. For further information or action contact this user. However, I will only talk about this matter with the original linker or a Wiki administrator and/or higher and I WILL check your status. --TGC55 (talk) 22:23, 19 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. I have no problem with you removing the link. In many ways, external sites like this do not actually comply with wikipedia's own policy on external links. The real question there would be "does it add anything to the article" - the answer is probably no. As to any applicable legislation relating to 'granting permission' to link to a website, I doubt that such a condition is enforceable under Florida law - which governs content on wikipedia.
As that latter question appears moot, I think the matter shouldn't continue to trouble anyone. (BTW: checking - it's under wikiboxes). Kbthompson (talk) 23:19, 19 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Link to resident's web site removed again for the above reasons given on 19 May 2008.--TGC55 (talk) 01:46, 28 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
