Discuss location of smithy edit[edit]

Hi, someone edited the details about the location of the blacksmiths shop. If that person would like to discuss their view on the location, then it would be ideal to do so here in the "Talk" page.

My own knowledge comes from my father - whose father was the blacksmith at Gummows Shop. The photo of the old smithy was taken by myself and that is where the house called "The Old Smithy" is now. There was never any "site underneath the current road, opposite the building now known as "The Old Smithy" to the best of my knowledge (nor in any of the research I have done on this).

Which Parish?[edit]

Our article states both Newlyn East and Cubert as the civil parish containing Gummow's Shop. I thought it came under St Enoder parish, so some clarification is required.Arghans (talk) 23:47, 9 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
