H.M.S Albion. 1970-71

I seved with 45 cdo and we did Cyprus on excerise and were told " no duff ". we headed for Gibralter as the Russians had tried to take over at Gib as there was due a take over to hand back Gib to Spian. I remember our skipper had warned we would ram 2 Russian frigates blocking Gib and we might have to retake the rock. It never came to that as the russians left smartish. Has anyone any memories.
