GA review – see WP:WIAGA for criteria

Everything good except some kind of cultural impact section I will explain.

  1. Is it reasonably well written?
    A. Prose quality:
    Very good here.
    B. MoS compliance:
  2. Is it factually accurate and verifiable?
    A. References to sources:
    B. Citation of reliable sources where necessary:
    C. No original research:
  3. Is it broad in its coverage?
    A. Major aspects:
This is the only area where the article comes up short. I think you need a section that deals with the cultural impact of the Halo structure, even if all you put in is a "critical reception" section (such as the one in Covenant (Halo)). Just a paragraph with well cited comments from reviewers will be good.
    B. Focused:
  4. Is it neutral?
    Fair representation without bias:
  5. Is it stable?
    No edit wars, etc:
  6. Does it contain images to illustrate the topic?
    A. Images are copyright tagged, and non-free images have fair use rationales:
    B. Images are provided where possible and appropriate, with suitable captions:
  7. Overall:
    Pass or Fail:
On hold until you add in the cultural impact. Best of luck! Malinaccier (talk) 05:14, 18 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Hi, thanks for the review. The lack of a "cultural reception" section is deliberate. We ended up merging Forerunner (Halo) into a newer article that is as yet incomplete (Factions of Halo). A problem we had to address was how to divide the rather meager information under the "critical reception" umbrella; in the end, we decided that it was most germane under the Forerunner themselves, not the ringworld articles, which is why it's lacking. --Der Wohltemperierte Fuchs (talk) 13:41, 18 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Alright, I'll take your word for it and pass the article. Good job overall. Malinaccier (talk) 16:34, 18 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
