Claim about deriving the name from Edward's speech
[edit]I removed the following: The show derives its name from John Edwards' "Two Americas" theme, a tongue-in-cheek redrawing of the division (originally referring to haves and have-nots) as between conservatives and liberals.
It's a bit absurd, considering the phrasing "_______'s America" has probably been around shortly after the country's founding. Unless it can be cited, I don't think it should be included.—DMCer™ 07:56, 28 October 2009 (UTC)
